Mary Fergus LTD relies on the information supplied by the client or third parties. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any information supplied by them or by third parties acting on their behalf is correct. Every effort is made to check and validate the work carried for and on behalf of clients. However, Mary Fergus LTD cannot be held responsible for errors arising directly or indirectly from incorrect information supplied to us, by clients or others acting on their behalf. Mary Fergus LTD cannot be responsible for any reliance on actions to this agreement or for any losses that may occur as a result of these actions.
Mary Fergus LTD respects the confidentiality of our clients. Every effort is made to ensure that all information supplied to us is treated as confidential. It will not be revealed to third parties except where, in the opinion of the Directors and staff of Mary Fergus LTD, it is necessary for the task in hand, or if we are specifically instructed to do so by the client. We reserve the right to send correspondence acting on the client’s behalf to third parties, whether we have supplied the client with copy letters in advance or not. We meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations.
Unless otherwise agreed, Mary Fergus LTD may use the Client’s name, logo, and any non confidential project details for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to, case studies, website content, and social media posts.
The offer to supply services is an estimate of the costs involved based on our estimate of the time required using the knowledge available at the time the estimate is made. We reserve the right to revise the estimate once the task has commenced if additional information suggests that the original estimate was incorrect. We also reserve the right to review fees after that date.
Clients are billed in arrears, monthly unless otherwise agreed. Wherever work is on-going, we reserve the right to invoice for payments on account. If the client fails to make the staged payments Mary Fergus LTD reserves the right not to supply additional services until they have been made in full. Fees become due for payment 20 days from the date of invoice. Where an account remains outstanding later than this date, we reserve the right to charge additional fees to cover excess administration costs until the account is paid in full.
In the case of on-going contracts, fees and terms and conditions are reviewed periodically, and clients will be informed verbally or in writing of any changes.
